It was my understanding that Club Del Sol was undergoing conversion to apartments. Perhaps that is what the low price reflects. I know a lot of airline personnel like to stay there, that the rooms are very basic--seedy like Key West used to be, you know? But for that price and a great location, you'd still be getting a lot for your moolah IMO.
