Hotel Bahia or the Days Inn?

i am arriving in cozumel a few days before my friends and need a place to stay for december 25th and 26th.

the 2 places that are available and are reasonable (costwise that is) are the days inn and hotel bahia.

which would you recommend for those days for a single traveler who speaks spanish so so.
