Rooms have seen better days...I make sure we get a room facing the resort or else you'll look at La Ceiba hotel across the street and the cruise ships beyond that. The grounds are really nicely landscaped, nice big free-form pool with a swim-up bar. Decent snorkeling can be found across the street (take the underground tunnel to the beach). We had a free all-inclusive pass for three days and quickly tired of the hotel food. Breakfast was good, but got boring. Lunch was so-so. We never tried dinner. It's relatively close to town -- maybe a $4 cab ride each way.
