I don't know if you were considering the Presidente or not. That is the only hotel that I have been to. The snorkling there is incredible...right off the beach. In only 3 feet of water we were hand feeding some beutiful fish that were about 6 inches in length, saw thousands of minnows around us, saw a conch in his shell, and a flounder...once again, only in three feet of water. Once we got deeper and around the rocks we started seeing the large parrotfish, french angelfish, etc. It was awesome. Hope this helps.
