Just a little report on the Vaca. Costa Club: Very low rate resort hotel, bad bar drinks, good beer. Maid service very good, main desk personnel kinda argumentative, Specifically Roselio. Rooms ok beds very cheap and hard. Room stinks of sewer sometimes, rarely. Food poor quality and very pricey. Beach almost non existent. Reef right off the peir absolutly magnificent. Great snorkle site.

El Presidente Hotel/Scuba Du dive co. The absolute best hotel on the Island. Food, service, Amenities all American 4 Star.

Scuba Du, Very professional, very knowledgable, very funny, one of the best on the island. I would trust the personnel of Scuba Du with the life of my children. Also Dive Masters like David, Eric, sebastian, make the advanced divers dives full of adventure and discovery. I highly recommend this shop.
The Presedente allows divers who use Scuba Du to use the beach , and hotel facilaties. This place is the best bar none.
