costa club or lorena

Trying to plan an economical trip for August.
Considering Costa Club (possibly with all inclusive plan since free alcohol could be nice),or the Lorena, since we hear they have refrigerators in the room. A good beach with decent snorkeling is preferred along with good hot showers and clean rooms. Also is it better to book the room yourself or go through a travel agent. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
