Re: Arrecifes tourPosted by Trudy on May 25, 2001 at 23:30:45: In Reply to: Re: Arrecifes tour posted by Phil and Carolyn in Colorado on May 25, 2001 at 10:13:50: : We just booked a tour with Arrecifes for the middle of June. We will be staying at the Iberostar Paraiso and wanted to spend a day snorkeling in Cozumel. Hopefully we will be able to stay overnight and tour the far side of the island with a driver. Any suggestions? We have studied the Can-Do maps and frequented several message boards. So glad to hear that you're going to do the Arrecifes tour. It's well worth it. I don't know where the Iberostar Paraiso is...is that in Playa del Carmen or Cancun? Just wondering. Do you have a place to stay on Cozumel? What kind of place are you looking for? Can you stay at the Iberostar on Cozumel as a sort of exchange? If not, Alicia's Bed and Breakfast is a very nice, very clean, very economical place to stay in a residential area. There are all price ranges for hotels, but I kinda like the idea of staying more "local" and Alicia's does that for me. If you need to be on the ocean, there are lots of nice places to choose from. There's a nice villa at Dzul Ha reef called Villa Dzul Ha (go figure!), but I don't know if they'd have an opening. They keep kinda full. They just have a great location for those who like to snorkel.
