I stayed there this summer, and we had a great experience. Checking in was a breeze. We were there around noon, and got our room 15 min. later. I was expecting to have to wait until 3, but we didn't have to. The rooms were very clean. Service was good. The buffet was pretty good, probably standard all-inclusive type food. Drinks were great. The pool is really nice, surrounded by a lush garden. The beach is a little private cove, with a snack bar and drinks bar nearby. The snorkeling is great right off the beach. It's also a great location--cab fare was $4 to town, I think. They have shows almost every night. We went to a couple, and they were fun. If you have any more specific questions, I am happy to answer them. We were hesitant to stay there because of some negative comments, but we were pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the hotel. Hope this helps! : Any positive or negative experiences?
