Fiesta Americana Dive Resort...Good Choice?

Okay I am about to book a weeks vacation at the Fiesta Americana Dive Resort. I don't want to book it and then read that the place is a hole. So if everyone/anyone could give me some insight, I would be eturnally in your debt. Actually, I would just "owe you one". So please come one come all and let me know about this place. I am going the main thing I want to do is Dive when I am there is this a good place? How far from town is it? All info is useful. Thanks
