While I haven't stayed at this hotel, I did walk through it in March and I was impressed. It's only about 35 rooms, but it seems very nice. In fact, I'm considering it for my next trip (unless I can afford the Presidente ;7) . The staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions and even showed me one of the empty rooms, which was quite nice with an ocean view. I understand that the larger rooms have jacuzzi's (wahoo!). The beach area was small but quite nice, and I know from having stayed up the beach at Sol Cabana's del Caribe before, that the snorkeling is very good. The have a small beach club with palapas and lounge chairs and you can get food and drinks served on the beach as well. The restaurant was clean and smelled good, but we had just eaten dinner at the Lobster House so we didn't check out the cuisine!
