Wow! I guess I will find out for myself in May how bad the smell is. I am sure it was not very pleasant. But I am glad the government does not alow trees to be cut down and reefs blown up just so we humans don't cut our sensitive feet. Don't you understand this is to protect the environment? I gladly wear coral shoes and find a beach at a different spot on the island that is better for swimming if this means nature will not be damaged by more and more resorts that are beeing built.
