I also stayed at Fiesta Americana Cozumel Reef. I noticed there were very few children. It's off the beaten track, a little. I would suggest, though, not to go all-inclusive. The restaurants in town are plentiful, reasonable, and(for me, anyway)full of great food. Part of the fun is trying out all the great places. We got a plan that included breakfast only. It worked out great for us- we had a nice breakfast, ate a late lunch on the run (or not at all) then took a taxi into town for a later dinner.
