I need help?????

I am going on my first vacation in June. I have chose to go to Cozumel. I just don't know where to stay. I want to stay at a nice place(all inclusive), but where? Can anyone recomend a nice place that isn't to family oriented. I am single and will be leaving my kid with her dad, so I don't want to be surrounded by children. (Don't get me wrong, I love kids. Just not when I'm vacationing) Also, can anyone reccomend some fun things to do. Since this is my firt time out of TX, I don't want to be lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
