Donna, My wife and I just returned from a 7 day all inclusive stat at the El Coz. and it is very nice and also brand new. I would suggest you try to get up on the 6th or 7th floor for the best views from your balcony. As for things to do #1 for us was the amazon tour. A lady named ann takes you back into places very few people see . It is an all day excursion with sightseeing,ruins,snorkling on reefs that defy description, and the best chicken i have ever eaten.
