El Cozumeleno- a few questions

I have a trip booked to the El Cozumeleno in March 2000 for our honeymoon. First trip to Cozumel. After reading some reports of construction I am getting kind of worried. Does anyone know if it will be finished by then or not? Did those of you that have stayed there have a good trip?
Any info would be helpful. Also, if you have any pictures of the El Coz, I would be grateful if you could e-mail me some.
