THE COMPANY

This enterprise manufactures and distributes tourism focused products mainly handicrafts made from Coconut. Handbags, buttons, earrings, lamps etc. The Handbags are our main product.

These products are produced in a workshop which is an abandoned hacienda of San Juan Koop ( about 40 minutes from Merida, Yucatan, Mexico )

In this community where 70 families live there is no work resources and it's inhabitants have to go to Merida spending more than half their wage on transportation. The workshop is the only job opportunity in the community so young people and houswives are thus helped.

We are trying to use the power of the internet to increase their market to enable them to better develope their community. Labor and space for this web site have been donated by the Scuba Dudes.

There is another painting workshop in Tixkokop ( 30 minutes from Merida and 10 from San Juan Koop ) where artisians experienced in painting work will also be benifited by your purchase.

We welcome both individual orders as well as wholesale distributors looking for unique items.
